In the event of alarm activation our 24/7 control centre will quickly inform and instruct a ASG uniformed officer to attend site with your keys. Our officer will then enter your property/site and conduct a security patrol to assess the situation and report back. If there is no issues, we will reset your alarm system and re-secure your property. In the event of damage or intrusion, we will contact the emergency services and ensure the premises are protected until re-secured. Any issues are reported to our control room immediately and we provide you with a detailed incident report.
